I couldn’t be happier with the cleaning service provided for my Airbnb! They did an exceptional job, earning a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. The attention to detail was incredible—every surface was spotless, the linens were perfectly arranged, and the property was left in pristine condition. My guests even commented on how clean and welcoming the space felt.The team was professional, punctual, and took the time to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. I highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone looking for top-notch results. I’ll definitely be using them again for future cleanings! :)

The cleaning service was great and the customer service was even better. They made it super easy to set up an appointment and  Michelle who did the cleaning did an excellent job. There was a little confusion with entering my property but she remained professional and understanding. The deep cleaning service was much needed and I will definitely look to them again for their services.

We requested a cleaning service after moving out of an apartment that we had already emptied and performed a general cleaning on (e.g., wiping down counters, sweeping, etc.).When discussing the available cleaning services, we were told the job would take approximately six hours, which we assumed would be more than sufficient given the apartment was already in good condition.Our expectation was that the cleaners would focus on tasks such as cleaning the baseboards, removing smudges on the walls in the closets, cleaning the inside of appliances, drawers, and mopping the floors.However, after the service, which lasted only one and a half hours, we conducted a walk-through with the property manager. We found that the floors had not been mopped, the cabinets and drawers hadn’t been cleaned, and the baseboards had not been touched.When I was notified that the service was completed in just 1.5 hours, I immediately reached out to the service representative. They explained that because there were only two staff members, they were able to work faster, but that this still only amounted to three hours of service, not the six that I had been quoted.We requested a refund, but this was denied. Instead, we were offered a second cleaning. Reluctantly, and with no other option for resolution, we accepted and scheduled the second visit.Even after the second cleaning, my fiancé and I spent an additional hour ourselves cleaning cabinets, drawers, and walls.I followed up with the service representative again, providing photos to show that many areas of the apartment remained dirty. It has now been over two weeks, and I have received no response.Given my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
