Terms and Conditions

Welcome to San Diego Cleaning Services ("we," "our," or "us"), owned and operated by OneTouch Cleaners. By booking a service with us, you ("client," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable California law:
1. Booking and Service Confirmation
All service appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed via email, phone, or text communication.We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff availability, severe weather conditions, or emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date and time.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee in compliance with California Civil Code Section 1812.100.To avoid this fee, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to modify or cancel your appointment.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Pursuant to California Civil Code, you are entitled to receive a receipt for your payment.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee and Reclean Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee to ensure the highest level of service quality.If you are not satisfied with any area of the cleaning service, you must report the issue within 48 hours of the service date.To request a reclean, please provide photos and a description of the areas of concern.We will schedule a complimentary reclean for the reported areas at a mutually agreed-upon time. Recurring service customers are eligible for recleans only before their next scheduled service.
5. Access and Entry Requirements
You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.If our cleaning team is unable to enter the property due to locked doors, gate codes, or other access issues, a $50 lockout fee may apply.
6. Safety and Liability
Our cleaning professionals are fully trained and insured. However, under California law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or the malfunction of any item or surface within your property.We reserve the right to refuse service for hazardous or unsafe conditions.
7. Pets and Personal Belongings
We request that pets be secured during the cleaning service for their safety and the safety of our cleaning professionals.Please secure valuable and fragile items prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured valuables in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1950.5.
8. Service Limitations
We do not provide heavy lifting, pest control, mold removal, or services requiring specialized equipment.We reserve the right to decline requests for services beyond the scope of general cleaning.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).Your information will not be shared or sold to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with California law in the courts of San Diego County.
